Dr. Deilen Michelle Villegas, Ph.D., is an award-winning holistic health practitioner, trauma recovery specialist, and author whose life's work is dedicated to the radical healing of mind, body, and spirit. With a career that spans Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Oncology, and Behavioral Health, Dr. Villegas has spent over 18 years guiding individuals through the intersections of medicine, metaphysics, and ancestral wisdom.
As the founder of The Shamanic Goddess, LLC, she blends trauma-informed care, natural medicine, Afro-Indigenous spirituality, and quantum science into a deeply integrative healing model that serves individuals, communities, and institutions.
Dr. Villegas is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress and collaborates and consults with numerous organizations and agencies to fine-tune their understanding of trauma and the impact of developmental trauma on the individual and family dynamics. She works internationally with organizations to enhance the delivery of trauma-informed care across various health sectors, highlighting the importance of Psychosomatic and Neurosomatic healing.
